Floral Sweater + Workout Weekends

I'm usually that type of blogger who takes her outfit shot whenever she feels like it. There are times where I don't have time to retouch (or even put on my makeup) and I just let whoever is with me (who is usually Paolo) to take my OOTDs. Just like in this set of photos where I asked my cousin to take my photos minutes before we head to divisoria. (I apologize for my haggard face) I chose to wear this thrifted floral sweater cause its unusually cold at the bridal gowns level at 168 mall. Since my family and I are just going to Divisoria, I was asked to dress down, and so I agreed. I still made sure that I'm at least wearing one statement piece-- and that would be my all time favorite boots. Top: Thrifted Pants: Random I wish I put on make up and a little more concealer! Look at my eyebags :( Shoes: Mom's
Anyways, have to make this post a little short as I have to go home and celebrate my cousin's birthday. And if you guys are not following me on instagram, I just got…

Keep Calm and Don't Panic

If there's one work wardrobe essential for me that would be blazers. Blazers are those never fail outfit pieces that can turn your sweet sunday dress to a power meeting outfit. Just like this SM GTW (Redhead) blazer that I transformed my bratop + leggings casual combo to a sexy work wear. It was love at first sight when I saw this blazer. The colors are striking enough to transform any of my simple dresses or outfits to a stunning, attention-seeking look. Blazer: REDHEAD / SM GTW I am actually having a rough time lately as I've been encountering a number of wedding-related, stressful events lately. Paolo and I are very hands-on to our wedding preparations, checking up on our suppliers (we have almost 5 months left before the big day!!), and accounting our expenses. Unfortunately, we've discovered some mischievous news about a particular supplier. I have been experiencing serious panic attacks -- shortness of breath, increased palpitations and sleepless nights because of t…

Lazy Sundays

Last Sunday, my folks dragged my lazy ass out the house and forced me to take them out to the mall. Unfortunately, on the way to Trinoma (coming from Navotas) the rain poured down heavily that we were forced to stop at a milk tea place to wait for the rain to stop. Since the sky was dark and I cannot go outside to take outfit photos, I asked my mom to take my OOTD inside the shop. I'm glad she was able to take great ones. I'm glad that Tea Pop, the newest milk tea house in Malabon has this cute spot where I was able to take my outfit shots. I was supposed to accessorize (hat and sunglasses) this outfit but because of the downpour, I decided to leave the accessories in the car and continue with my outfit shot. I love the fact that despite of my super casual outfit, my Pink Fashion top was enough to make my simple look stunning. I used to not like wearing cropped tops but because now I'm working out (I know you see a lot on my instagram!) I now have the confidence to show m…

Travel in Style with Butterfly Twists' Foldable Boots!

Since I travel a lot of times, my first concern is how to pack my shoes. I take into consideration the kinds of shoes I need to bring, the style and of course how to bring them along with my travels, Since I need to travel comfortably, my shoes should withstand different walking surfaces, they shouldn’t cause pain to your feet, and last but not the least, these shoes have to be stylish.
Butterfly Twists has made all these possible with the arrival of their foldable boots. Not only are they easy and comfy to wear, they save a lot of space in your luggage too. Not to mention, they’re stunningly stylish.

The Berkley foldable boots have new and improved outsoles. They are sewn to the body of the shoes, making them more durable for different walking areas. The main selling point is that a footwear statement this stylish can actually be folded and rolled. It saves you from the hassle of packing your travel boots – it won’t be deformed, it’s not heavy, and it leaves more space for your cloth…

No More Dark Skin with Asian Secrets Lulur Whitening Body Scrub! + GIVEAWAY

Like other girls, I have dark skin areas that make me feel insecure. Despite my relentless efforts to whiten my knee and elbow area, I always end up with frustrating results. Eventhough spas offer body scrub services, I still haven't considered getting one because of its high cost. Good thing UNILAB has launched an affordable alternative for ladies (and even gentlemen) to achieve a whiter and smoother skin  -- The Asian Secrets Lulur Whitening Scrub with Vitamin E. Costing only P130, this 135g has a lot of minute particles that will make any skin smoother and fairer after just one application.
Asian Secrets Lulur Whitening Body Scrub comes in THREE VARIANTS:  Green Tea & Vitamin E Licorice & Mulberry Seaweed & Vitamin E
It was Licorice and Mulberry Leaf Extract that I've tried among the three variants. I love it after one use because:

First, the particles are really small that it gently rubs the skin and removes impurities. The Mulberry variant has a pleasant scen…

Araneta Center Dress Me Up: STYLE SMART!

A couple of Saturdays back, I was invited by Araneta Center (for the third time) for their biggest fashion event, Araneta Center Dress Me Up. I've been in their previous ADMU events and each supplement was exciting -- graced by Bb. Pilipinas winners and good looking male models, the event has always been fun-filled and very memorable. This time, I was paired with (super stylist) Kelly Medina and we were tasked to style the Bb.Pilipinas Runner Up Pia Wurtzbach and model Ian Porlayagan in back-to-school style. Styling them had been easy breezy because for those who don't know, Kelly is a stylist by profession and ideas easily flowed. Great thing my partner has styling tools and even extra clothes that helped our stint a lot.
Here's how Kelly and I dressed up the models in back to school style: Crush ng Bayan Pia Wurtzbach wears Folded & Hung from head to toe The Bad Boy Ian Porlayagan wears Folded & Hung Top & Jeans While the other items are stylist's own Girl…
