A couple of days back I said to my instagram that I would be doing a beauty review. So after days of being overdue, I'm now starting my review on each of the product I have on my face. For now let me share with you my thoughts on the current BB cream I use, the Maybelline 8-in-1 Clear Smooth High Protection BB Cream.

I sort of stopped using BB creams for they somehow give me that either paper white or grayish white finish. I had a hard time finding the perfect BB cream for me cause its either they are too oily for my skin or too white for my skin tone. So most of the time I use clear foundations or pressed powders to make sure that I get the skin tone that I like. However, my thoughts on BB cream changed when I started using the Maybelline Clear Smooth BB cream.

I love the fact that this BB cream has 8 benefits that I truly enjoy. The first benefit I enjoy the most is high SPF protects me from sun exposure, and its capacity to even out skin tone. Honestly, its the first time I used a BB cream that made my skin look more natural than korean white. Here, let me show you the details why I love this brand.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT IT:
* It has high SPF that protects me from too much sun exposure
* It has a light texture which makes the face feels light (like you're wearing no make-up!)
* Easy to spread
* Blends well on my skin tone
* Smoothens my pores
* It can cover up some unwanted blemishes

WHAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT IT
* It has a light - medium coverage that I still need to use concealer to cover my extra dark eyebags
* The extra hydration makes me a little oily (especially when I'm perspiring)

Yet, despite of those cons, I still love using it cause honestly, it is one of the lightest BB creams I've ever tried and one of the few that blends really well on my skin tone. So over all, I'm giving it a rating of 4/5.

I love this stuff!! I am also looking into how to tighten skin as it becomes loose and saggy over time. Any suggestions?

I love this product. I think it was my best product of 2013! I also love the Murad products for problem skin and Benefits pore professional.
I can't wait to see what products 2014 brings lol
